In order to receive a degree, an undergraduate student must file an Application for Graduation online through Student Access at least two quarters before the expected date of graduation. Academic records are frozen upon graduation. It is the student's responsibility to check the accuracy of the record before graduation. Double majors must file an application for each major with the appropriate school or department. Diplomas will be made available approximately four months after the end of the quarter in which it was awarded. The Registrar will notify students at the address indicated on the application when the diploma is available for pick-up. Arrangements must be made with the Registrar's office for mailing of the diploma.
