This scholarship was established in memory of Gregory Bogaczyk, a former UCI Mechanical Engineering student, and is contributed by the Bogaczyk family and friends. An award is given each year to a junior or senior Mechanical Engineering student. Applicants should have a GPA of 3.0 or better, must be a US citizen, and should not be eligible for significant financial aid.
A $1000 scholarship will be awarded in 2005-2006. Students should complete the Engineering Merit-Based Scholarship Application and the supplemental Gregory Bogaczyk Scholarship Application, both available from the Engineering Student Affairs Office.
