Which counselor am I supposed to see?

The School of Engineering encourages you to meet with the counselor of your choice for academic counseling. However, freshman level students will see one of the freshman counselors (Brad or Christy). Sophomore, Junior & Senior level students may see either of the upper level counselors (Meei-Jiuan or Robin). However, we do recommend students see the major designated counselor (as listed below) for their graduation degree check. The division is as follows:

  • Robin Alward - Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical
  • Laurel Bartenstein - Appeals of academic contracts or normal progress, Readmission and all levels of the Campuswide Honor Program (CHP)
  • Brad Hubbard - Freshman
  • Christy King - Freshman, Computer Science and Engineering
  • Meei-Jiuan Shyu - Computer
