Limitations:
- PDFs cannot be attached by our zotmail system.
- We cannot send out emails to students outside of the school of engineering ☹
- Emails can only be sent between 6pm and 7am. Most emails are scheduled to go out 6pm.
When possible, please allow at least one week notice in case email respondents, listed below, are out office and the other can send your email.

- Any image included must be the following specifications
- Max file size: 2048 KB or less
- Max dimensions: Unlimited x 768 pixels.
- Allowed file format: *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif, *.png
- Image names must be saved as one word
- Ex. Emailpromotionalimage NOT email-promotional_image

- If QR code is included, please include an RSVP link incase students aren’t able to scan the QR code/
- Reply back email.
If your student organization has an html email creator, you can send the link to the email or copy and paste then send that email for us. A popular email creator is MailChimp.
